Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are $10.99 for anywhere in Australia for orders up to 2 units, under 500g. For order over 2 units there may be additional costs for freight which will come up on your order before you finalise the purchase.

 

Which carrier do you use? Our team ships your item through AusPost. All parcels will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, please select where to leave the delivery if no one is home. All orders will be provided with a tracking number and shipment confirmation via email from AusPost.

 

How long will it take to get my order? Our average time frames for delivery up to 6 business days. For Regional, WA, TAS and NT up to 13 business days. These times could be extended over December Xmas.

 

Deliveries not received: If goods are rejected at the customer's address, goods may be sent back to us. We reserve the right to charge penalty fees imposed by the freight company for any parcel returned to us due to your rejection. If the customer still wishes to receive these goods after they've been returned to us, the customer will need to pay for 2nd delivery at FULL COST with no subsidy possible for items returned. If an item is too big to fit your mail box, Australian Post will provide you with a card with instructions to pick up your package at the nearest Post Office.

If you are sending a gift-wrapped game, you may want to include the recipient of the gift name and address in notes at checkout.
