Refund policy

I have not received my order within 2 weeks. -  If you have not received your order within 14 days, please email linda@ramboproductions.com.au – include your order number, and we will investigate this issue for you.

My product was damaged in transit - If the product was damaged during transit, please email linda@ramboproductions.com.au

• include an image of the damaged product, the order number and date received so we can resolve this issue for you. Any damaged items not communicated within 7 days of receiving the product, we will not be responsible for.

I want a Refund as I have changed of my mind – We do not refund for a change of mind. We suggest you give away the item as a gift; it makes a great present for anyone.
